I think we communicate as we were taught in our upbringing. Times have changed greatly during my past 56yrs. Till I started doing continuing ed., I had a lot of problems to work thru. Now read constantly, have 3-4 books going at a time.

I must admit All kidding aside My 2 women don't talk much but is able to work out problems fast I got me 2 smart women and i'm proud of them

So far, I found that women talk as much as men, but men gossip more. I seem to run into the men at work that love to start or spread rumors.

Okay, here we go tripping my pissy switch again. And I don't like it when my pissy switch gets tripped. "Men are the problem-solvers; men are the problem-solvers. neener neener.." No, men are not "the" problem-solvers and no, women are not the "gossipers." I'm quite capable of solving problems and making determinations based on logic and I don't have to consult with anyone in order to do so. On the other hand, I've known men who couldn't tie their own shoelaces without someone talking them through it. All ya have to do is talk to Mothers/wives... Just the job description alone is mind boggling... Guys can get all bent out of shape all they want, but come on. Give us credit. We've earned it a million fold. And, that's not including jobs outside the home...
