We CAN do this...it will be fun! how much in the hole will it leave me? we could divide it up based on who could pay what Thats a nice idea! I will be saving my income tax refund $$ for it!

CAN WE REALLY DO THIS????! I think it would be AWESOME! what about sleeping arrangements? that can all be worked out once we all get there so many "hard" decisions
