does anyone know of any gyms that are affordable.. perferablly not contract but any specials in any gyms ... perfer big gyms over small ones

check the yellow pages in your area...

plus check to see where your nearest fitness park is... they are free and huge...

Ballys is expensive

I've used Defined Fitness before

but the most inexpensive deal will prolly be the local types not the chains

and check the schools. Our high school allows non-students to use their gym and swimming facilites after school is out

Also check out local rec centers or Y's - sometimes they have nice setups for cheap. We have a local rehab place that also lets you do a punch-pass workout - treadmills, ellipticals, weights, and lap pools as well as the hydro pool (aka whirlpool) and it's a great deal!

thanks everyone i used too attend fitness 19 it was affordable but i wasnt paying it my brother was for both he cnaceled be casue there tiems he didnt have time to okeep going.. so now my frined said we should enter together too a gym so we are gym hunting for christmas specials
