i have a computer that i know stop's on me and i bought a new exturnal hard drive just so i can get the photo's on to the hard drive,and put them on a newer computer that i got.
My question is since i know the old computer has something wrong with it would hooking up the new hard drive to that computer put a virus on it, if there is one???... i'd like to know. |

well yeah - viruses stored on hard disk, but move to memory when powered on - so a second hard drive could eassily get infected
|

ditch the photos...make new, better ones with the new better HD
