Is there a way that I can arrange the order of my photos without
deleting them and reloading them in the order I want? |

yes u can...

once u pull a pic up and make it a main pic... then it will be the first
one showing... so ya have to go backwards does that make since? put the one u want on last... pull it up first make it your main pic and go from there second to last pull it up make it main pic..... third to last make it main pic and on and on... |

then they will be in the order u want them in....

On uploading an additional photo, somehow it got duplicated! I have
tried and tried to delete one of them but can't seem to..... any ideas, anyone? Please.... Thank you, guys and gals!
