My station used to be Rock-It 107.9, but they got bought out by some corporate radio conglomerate, so their call letters got changed and so did the format. Now they're just another cookie cutter radio station. They SAY they're "classics", and I suppose they are to some extent, but their format is all over the road. They'll play some ass-kickin' tune, then follow it up with some ballad.

So, my closest alternative to the Rock-It is now 94.7 The Valley.

Can't stand radio (commercials talking commercial talking song commercial talking commercial) I like music so I make my own music cd mix them up in MP3 format and have like 10 to 11 hours on one CD just put it in and enjoy the music only the music and nothing but music.

Glad you like it, Lisa. There are a couple of other stations around here that I listen to, but I'm not sure if they stream, and I'm too lazy to find out right now.
