LMAO!!!! I need a permanant vacation in a happy place of my choosing, not the nuthouse cause its too noisy, maybe a retreat somewhere warm, oh not hell, I've been there, I'm thinking, Reality sounds good, but there are alot of mean people there waiting to kick my butt, LOL and frankly I don't know how long I can hold onto reality with a fuzzy brain like mine planted in fuzzy caterpillar fields and vampire crypts, LOL I love YOU DARKOWL! I can't sleep, but that may have something to do with the fact that I am at work!!!! I slept most of the day!!  I am doing fine. It's real quiet around here, so I'm just playing on the computer, watching an advertisement for oldies music! |

I am glad that my Internet connection is working, tonight. A friend gave me a Presario 900 laptop to work on last night and he said he thought the hard drive might be messed up. So I put in his Win XP in the drive and does its thing till it formats to 48 per cent and just hangs there. So I do it again and sure enough it hangs at 48 per cent again. I look in bios and see it has a Fujitsu hard drive. I slip in Norton's Antivirus and it detects no virus. So I put in Ubuntu Linux and I find a gajillion reasons why it won't load. So I try my Western Digital Lifeguard tools and of course it won't work because it is a Fujitsu hard drive. Duh. LOL So I see I see him at work and he tells me that the laptop just has been the same since his daughter dropped it. Gee, I wonder if that has something to do with it!! |
