      Always had "few extra pounds" on my profile but recently lost 30 lbs. Posted pics that are a couple days old. Do I qualify for "average" body type yet? lol  I know it's stupid but I rather have the truth up there.

      Well thanks! Actually I joined in August I think. I've lost the 30 lbs in the last 4 weeks. I figured I'd have better luck if I slimmed back down.

      You look fairly stocky, but certainly not fat.

      I believe that the designation of "Average" costs an extra $50.....I'd stick with the "Few extra pounds" label.

      All I've done is change my eating habbits. I eat breakfast (since I'm on my way to work at this time it isn't the healthiest food so I watch how much I eat). Then I try to eat a late lunch around 1 or 2 and that is a wrap sandwich from subway off of the fresh value menu. That is the last meal I eat. If I get too hungry towards the evening, I'll eat an apple or some type of fruit. I definately don't eat after 7pm. That's all I've done. I'm going to start walking/running soon also.

| Jared would be proud!!!!   LoL Alot of ppl ask me if I'm on Jared's diet when I mention Subway. That's just the healthiest place I can find when I'm on the road and I'm always on the road with my job. | |

| You did all that without exercise? In three months? No I did that in just over a month with no exercise. Just doing normal activities. The most exercise I get is playing golf. 28lbs is the exact number and I think it's been 5 weeks now if I'm counting correctly. I'm sure it will slow down now and I'll have to work harder to get it off. All I know is I'm pretty pumped about it and feel alot better. | |
