My first real job- a cashier at Walmarts in 94.My first check was $113.13[made a copy and frame it] I was so proud,I stayed with Walmarts until 1999.I did volunteer work for 5 yrs.with a group of church's.We would give people food/clothers/find them a place to stay and sometimes helped them to pay their rent or light bill.Father Rice helped me when I needed it so I want to do something for him.No money but paid in many other ways. I also work in HouseKeeping at the hospital, was laid off and now I'm my aunt's caregiving as she lost her leg 4 yrs ago and is in a wheel-chair.I would say my great job was raised 5 Sons, which turn out to all be good men.

I was lifeguard at a local YMCA when I was 16.
I got the job because I walked in already certified. My most embarassing moment was when my suit got a tear in it in a VERY noticeable spot. I can't remember what I spent my first paycheck on. |

I loved my first job. I worked for my cousin who owned a pizza place on the beach in North Carolina. After work we hit the beach and clubs.Saved all my money to help my mom out. My cousin owned a corvette and we would race it or go 4 wheeling on the beach in my cousins truck. Those were the good old days.

First job - Working on a soybean farm age 12. I got it though a guy named Tim, my mothers boyfriend at the time. There was no interview. One thing that was embarrassing was, when I was picked on for wearing tennis shoes to work in the fields. My first paycheck was spent on a pair of work boots.
