Topic: Wal-mart worker dies from stampede of idiots | |
---|---|
This is going to become one of the legends of the depression of 2008. It's not even like they were after food to feed thier children, they did this for toys & electronics! This kind of greed & lack of respect for people is what has gotten us where we are today. RedHen, I think it's been happening every year for awhile - somebody getting killed or severely injured from the stampede. Do you think people will become less materialistic & look back on this kind of behavior with remorse? I'm thinking that there will just be more people like me. I don't go shopping this weekend. |

They should have kept all of the people in the store and questioned them individually and made arrests.

It said in the article that the store closed but it didnt as people were walking out of the store with merchandise.
The New York post has video of people coming and going to the store even hours after this had happened. Not only do I blame the people that stampeded the front doors but I blame Walmart as well for poor security. I shop every Black Friday and have never had a problem. when a store has a big ticketed item and only a handful of that item they should have a ticket system like the store managers do here in Maine. The manager came outside and asked people what they were here for and handed them a ticket for that item.First come first serve. |

I heard that the police are reviewing the security cams and are trying to identify people and pull them in for questioning. They should start with the store management
