black friday is the bigest shoping day for stores of the year.
they have sales, generaly 5 hour sales starting at 4 or 5 am.. and lasting till around noon.. there are also major sales lasting throughout the weekend, essentialy it is the offical kick off of holiday shoping, and the stores take full advantage of this, and make a killing doing so.. not all in most recent years.. ever since walmart got rid of layaway then black friday has gone down by a TON, and with economy being as bad as it is this year, black friday sales are anticipated to be at an all time low, however, there will still be those who are out and every year there is at least one person on the news who was trampled, and sent to the hospital from door buster blackfriday madness...

I went to Walmart and Target this week. Walmart only had two aisles of toys. I was surprised!! Target didn't have as much as usual for Christmas either. I couldn't find my child any snow boats, btw.

I hit Meijers this am. Ipod Nanos, 8gb. 149.00 with a 50 dollar rebate.
