this is like asking how long did i go without eating chicken...
was the chicken good and would i eat it again.

that probably makes no sense...

what i mean is this question is a wee bit too vague

Usually, after about two months I'm ready to jump off a bridge, and by three months I'm in the water.

I stayed in the last relationship 7 years longer than i should've- i stayed because of my son. and leaving was absolutely the best thing i did. I have no regrets at all.

The longest relationship I was in was on and off for about 4 years. Big mistake to try more than once. We are better off as friends. We still talk from time to time.

The current relationship has been a month so far. Not sure if it's going to make it much longer though. I love when I spend time with him but it's beginning to feel like I'm just a convience. (oops Sorry I know off topic, but a little frustrated)

4 years with #2 and #3 both alcoholics both I do not regret because #2 is still drinking even though a doctor has told her if she does not stop her liver would be mush in 5 years and the other just got out of jail for her 4th DUI.

I have had two long term relationships lasting 3 years each. I probably should have gotten out of them sooner than the three years.

Longest I had was a year, and the split was mutual as I was moving. Stayed friends and she talked to me for the better part of highschool, then I moved and she got married. Seems she is happy, I say good.

Both times it was not my choice to end it. both times I never saw it coming. First was a year? Second about that long I don't know anymore.
