talk to him and tell him how u feel. if he is a real man he will understnad how u feel and would probably go out with u. just be confident and talk to him.

hi my advice for u is just be ur self and relax he wont bite u unless u do it first ok? and u have get rid of that nervous or u wont be normal, enjoy the moment there u will be relaxed and peaceful and start to smile,, bye try it aja!

just be yourself, if nervous is who you are then be nervous. or try to figure out why you are nervous, its a reaction to something, a secondary response emotion and then deal with the cause directly. "treat the cause not the symptom"
That or realize that everyone has to take a dump, girls guys whomever. thats always worked for me, knocked everyone down to the same level... TMI i know. and a little nervousness can be a good thing, maybe embrace it. |

No need to be shy or nervous all you have to do is really be yourself. You cant be nervous or mess up if you're being you you have to be confident in yourself. Best advice I can give you..... be yourself no matter what!

Focus on a guy that your not nervous around while touching 2 fingers together w/ your eyes closed for a few minutes. Then, talk to this guy you like. If you start to feel nervous again, say I've got to answer this and go "take the call". Focus on the none nervous guy w/ the fingers touch again, then go back. After a few times you will beable to touch your fingers not be nervous at all. Tell the guy your popular and usually get several calls that you always answer before you see him. Jason Bulsa
