Does yoga really work for the feeling of being so stressed out, or what are some other things that might work better to help feel better about not being so stressed out.

I've tired listening to music, doesn't do a whole lot right now.

Any thoughts.

Sometimes figuring out what is causing the stress helps to eliminate it

but some people find yoga works and meditation is another stress reliever.

I know for sure what is causing my stress, it's just trying to find a something new to do instead of what I am currently doing for a job. I mean it's not just the job but it's some people I can't really take it any longer, like I use to really be able to take a great deal of stress but since changing stores with in the same company I am finding that I am more stressed out then ever.

I feel like screaming some times.

I started doing at least a 2 mi a day walk this year for fitness, but over the past 2 months when the stress levels were high, it was my saving grace!

I've heard working out at a gym, or taking up kickboxing or boxing in general works to help get the aggression out.

Or you could just go and beat the heck out of the person that is pissing you off.

Yoga is good, any type of physical activity really, I meditate for 20 minutes at least twice a day. Changing the way you think if you are a negative person or a compulsive worrier.getting plenty of sleep helps, also I think diet is important cut out processed foods.

lol that sounds like more fun, going out and beating the crap out of the person / people pissing me off. Although it probably wouldn't probably be the best idea in the end of it all.. lol at least it would have made me feel a bit better.
