3 to 4 overipe bananas
1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup walnuts Mash bananas with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients as listed: sugar,egg,flour,butter,soda,salt and walnuts. Pour into greased 81/2 x 4 x1/2 x2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325* for 1 hour.
