Many thanks to you for these two warm posts, and the others who seconded
them.

You are right, the 'CS refugees' are not monolithic, and we will
assimilate easily. I sense no resistence to that. For different people
it will happen at differetn speeds.For example, I'll probably most hang
out in the Current Events threads, but am "likely to observe there for a
while to get a sense of the tempo, language and practices of those
threads before posting, and when I do it will probably be with
questions, so that I can get a sense of the folks who post there.

One thing we all do have in common is that we want to help the JSH site,
we want to be and be seen as positive participants.

To paraphrase JFK:

"Ich bien ein JSHer!"

Jean, its the members, we have loyalty, and care about our site. Sure
Van and Mike are a lot of help, but it is the loyalty of the members and
their passion to make this home, that I would credit for this sites
success. People like Iam and Tex and morena, they are JSH. We love that
mike and van are willing to help us when we need it, they are always
open to suggestions for improving the site, (their site), but the people
are the ones who make the site. Rock on!! JSHers..
