does age really mater? i don't think so, maybe we could learn something from our asian counterparts, where divorce is unheard of, unlike here where its 4 of 5 leads to divorce, and people they like older guys who know exactly how to treat a lady....LOL

If you do some research, there are alot of freedoms that "our asian counterparts" don't enjoy, yet we do in America. And thank God for that. If a marriage is pleasing to both parties, divorce won't be necessary, but if one or both parties are selfish, cheating, lying, affection-withholding, abusive people, well then, kudos for divorce! About the age thing, age matters if a person says it matters. Just like gender, race, socio-economic status, looks, whether or not someone has children, smoking, drinking, etc, it all matters when someone is choosing a potential mate/dating partner/spouse, whatever. You can only speak for yourself when you say it doesn't matter, and even then, I'm quite certain there are traits you look for when you're looking, so let the OP have her preferences, shall we? You can't force someone to be interested in you- whether you're old or young. Good luck, OP, I hope you get some promising emails.
