Ok you meet that special person (online)..... that makes your heart melt. What do you do???? Would you still date them? Which issue, or issues would stop you from dating them? 1) They are a different color. 2) Their weight is a little bit too much. 3) They are of a different religion..., or atheist. 4) They live too far....(distance issues) 5) They are in a wheelchair..., or physically challenged. All your question are based on ther preference. Now if your trying to get people to give detail, it's not really going to happen. As for me. i have no problem and ther is nothing wrong in who i am looking for what so ever. It's my choice. So, to answer your question. 1) What i prefer is white, but open to others. 2) I'm a small guy so having to much weight would not work for me. a little don't bother me. 3) As long as they are not trying to push there beliefs on me or trying to convert me  I have no problem what so ever.
4)Distance has never been a problem with me. I like to explor and take chances in life. hell get to check a new area out and maybe have some real fun 
5)That one would take a hell of a person to make that kind of commitment and to have an open heart. Funny this pops up. I was talking to a friend the other day about this. Most wont because of fear and that is because of lack of understanding. As for me, to jump into a situation i couldn't do. Then again, that depends on the situation. Someone your going to have to take care of when they get to a point in life where they can't. Like my friend that has lopus. She will die in the next 10 years and not anything anyone can do about it. Would i date her, yes and thats because she is no different from anyone else in this world and she keeps on living like any of us. I could go on about this,but you get the point.

Issues 1-5 have never bothered me in the past...don't think they would bother me now...

None of these issues would keep me from dateing someone I had made some kind of heart-connection with. I have been out in the world enough to have a pretty good idea what I was getting into with these various differences. I would probably not need to give it the time to sink in. I would recommend to someone with less experience to do that though. IMHO Dateing does not mean matrimoney it means learning about someone and letting whatever feelings you have develope; positive or negative. |

I might have problems with #4 -- been there, done that, no thank you, not doing the LDR again. #3 would only be a problem if she's the type who would hound me to change my (non)belief. |
