My breakfast every morning is one or two pots of coffee, I only do lunch {sometimes} and dinner morning badgirl... did you skip breakfast this morning? |

one egg, 1/4 c sugar, 1 1/2 cups flour, ~ 2 1/2 cups milk
beat egg with sugar in a bowl add flour and a cup of the milk wisk until smooth adding milk gradually until the mixture is watery thin. ladle into a large buttered skillet with medium heat and flip 30 secs after the batter has completely dried - Voila!... crepes! serve with butter and sugar or yogurt or fruit or chocolate or whatever you weekend heart desires. care to join me?

it is a tradition at our place. i studied for a while
en Bretagne. the kids will insist on them on the weekends. i rarely make them during the week. a little too much before school....though i can make them fast. it just takes a little practice but it is not difficult and they are quite popular with cafe au lait.
