in front of the computer for awhile do you tighten up your butt muscles every once in awhile cause you worry that your ass will go flat? If I was going to pay that much attention to what my butt muscles were doing, I would need to be on a completely different site.... well i do find richard simmons kind of stimulating.....

Well I don't have to worry about my ass getting flat since I sit cross legged and I am always doing the different muscles clenches. Also kegel are great when reading and posting.
