Just to reiterate.. If you would like to join us, just post and indicate so, and then just exchange addresses with the folks, any or all of them, who have indicated in this thread they are participating...send them your info via e-mail and they'll send you theirs. When ya receive a card, come and post about it here! Be sure to check your mail settings so that you do not have anyone blocked who would like to mail you, just for this little exercise, then you can change them back. A different card, or maybe several, every day from places all over, all because of the great folks here on Mingle2!! Members currently participating. ok.. wierdest thing.. i forgot to pay my waterbill.. so i got a notice today and had to go pay it.. well my debit card is being crabby today and wont let me take any $$ out of it..aparently the bank is having issues of some sort and it will be fixed by this afternoon or tomorow morning at the latest.. well.. i used all of my cash to pay the water bill so i was looking at having to wait another day to mail out cards.. but then... oddest thing.. i opened my door to get out of my truck and come inside.. and there was a book of stamps laying on the ground in front of my house..
looked like they had fallen out of someones car.. but i dont know who would have been at my house.. anyway.. there are enough stamps to mail off my cards! they are headed out today! |
