Will you take the red pill or the blue pill ?

I'm pretty sure I'm already truly alive.

I think everyone has a different answer to this question.
Being truly alive to me would be living a fulfilling life and not just getting by or just surviving.Living out your hopes and dreams without compromising your own integrity or stepping on anyone else to accomplish your goals.Then you would have a sense of accomplishment that you could be proud of.

Personally you cannot appreciate life until you have died and came back, however that isn't realistic because not many come back...close to death would suffice enough though, that is when you appreciate the little things in life. When you can appreciate the simple aspects of all life...I think that is when you appreciate life the most.

Looking into the eyes of your child......that is what makes ME feel alive...

Closing your eyes and taking in all around you

Looking into the Eyes of my Grandbabies

Watching my children fall and get back up

Looking at my life, the present form within
And knowing I’m alive to enjoy the silence
Having the ability to un-mask myself and
Look deeper within the scars,, ya I’m alive

Truely alive? Well everyone is truely alive, What I think you are asking is what in life makes you feel alive? For myself it is finding delight in my children, delight in my work, Passion in my intrests, passion in my love, enjoying life everyday, Laughing off your disappointments and celebrating your triumphs. Treating others with kindness even when they are not so kind to you.
Finding all that you like in life and holding on to them and eliminating the things that stress you out.

Being truly alive for me means to try not to waste a minute of the day doing nothing. Experience all I can, see all I can, learn all I can, and be all I can......sounds like a commercial for the Army. I think of when I am laying on my death bed (or ditch, or spread across the road)what I will be regretting most about my life. It isn't that I didn't sit on the couch enough. It will be that I am not through living yet, and their is always more to see.

that you have a pulse, are breathing, and not dead...

Sometimes it is hard to tell.

At times I have not sure if this was Heaven, Hell, or reality.

It means the opposite of being truly dead
