Theres debate about whether or not they should be bailed out. I had a client tonight that is a stockbroker & i asked him if its a good idea or bbad& he said it wouldnt be a good idea. What do you think.

I think it's a bunch of BS that any major company gets bailed out by our government with our money.Chances are these companies are mismanaged and probably top heavy. Major layoffs while execs take record bonuses. The big 3 auto makers in the US Chevy Ford Chrysler should focus on making a superior product then maybe they wouldn't have this type of situation.

I'm not sure how anyone besides the rich cares anymore.

Baffles me.

What people fail to realize is the Auto companies in the late 80s early 90s changed the way they did business. It started farming out its production to smaller less paying factories. Parts on demand...Parts from all over in all makes of cars.American made huh, it has japanese parts in it, as do the japanese cars have American parts. These smaller factories thrived then and larger ones were closed. The Auto industries affect a lot more than just the manufacturers..
