Pretty brown flat moles on the neck (especially side of neck or front- like one big isolated one) can be the most attractive and beautifully powerful physical feature in my opinion so long as the gal is pretty; they both kinda go hand in hand  well you said before it's the MOST attractive part. But apparently now it's only attractive if she's already pretty

Dermatologists sure make a lot of money taking moles off. Why? Because people don't like them.

Sure if a gal dislikes them she can have them lasered off but in most instances they are not cancerous or harmful, and in fact the Lord put them there for a reason, for us guys to admire just like how the lord puts all the stars in the sky. In theory, it is what makes each of us unique. Turns out that only very few guys focus on moles being attractive. I happen to be one of them for whatever reasons.

and sometimes they're light and flat, look perfectly normal and guess what, they are precancerous... Moles are not pretty in any large amount or size and when in the sun they are very dangerous.. Melanoma can be a silent killer...
