Christmas always reminds me of my Mom's million dollar fudge and her peanut butter. Nothing like it

What are spritz cookies?

You make a basic sugar dough and put it in a tube that has a shape on the end, like stars, trees, flowers, and there's a handle that squeezes/presses the dough out into that shape. Kind of like doing playdough!! Then, after baking, you dip in chocolate or white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles and such. Very buttery tasting and pretty!!

My Famous Stuffin Muffins...made with leftover stuffing ( includes: sausage, shrooms, wild rice, scallions, cashews, & celery)...just add to a box of cornbread muffin mix, bake according to directions & voila! Instant meal on the go!

Tasty. On a lighter note, I used to eat Playdough as a kid.

Everything. From baked chicken and homemade potato dumplings to ham and scalloped potatoes to chicken kiev and wild rice with mushrooms to eggs benedict and watermelon and muskmelon fruit bowl and champagne and orange juice breakfasts with fresh hot caramel rolls to all dem damn cookies! Pretzels dipped in caramel and rolled in crushed M&Ms to fudge to ritz crackers blobbed with peanut butter and dipped in chocolate. Tollhouse bars. Aytpical cutout christmas cookies that the kids frosted unusual colors and sprinkles. Gingerbread men that I made politically correct by drawing penises on with the white frosting. Chocolate cheese! And of course all the other cheese, and cracker and deli meat trays that pass me by. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

My grandmother made the stuffed cabbage rolls. I miss them. I believe they were called something like golomki. Gosh that brings back memories.
