For some reason today I have noticed I can't stream any video, or it's EXTREMELY slow. I did a few speed tests and I'm running a constant 4.7, 4.8 meg but I can't hardly watch anything in youtube. My web pages are loading just fine...it's just the video. I have tried IE, Chrome, AND Firefox. Any ideas?

I tried to check, but the Adobe site won't even load.

NVM, I updated the flash player but didn't help. Any other suggestions?

Check your memory usage. You may have gotten a virus or something that is eating up all your RAM. That would cause your videos to lag regardless of connection speed or driver updates.
