I was just kidding. I'd so pick a whole sycamore tree.

Same thing as with good news, pray without ceasing.

Commit suicide, then come back reincarnated as a tree branch. |

When you just got bad news about yourself that will change your life forever and you have no one to talk to about it? For me, I would HAVE to find someone to talk to about it. And that's one of the hardest things for me to do, but....I would have to do it....even if only to hear myself let it all out to them. Sometimes that helps. Your true friends will be willing to listen. Not to say they will always be capable of fully understanding -- that's so totally situation-dependent and person-dependent -- but the good ones will be willing to try. And if it's hard to talk about -- all the more reason to let it out. Sometimes the simple act of keeping it in can be more destructive than the problem itself.... |

i take a ride on my harley, or i go out in the woods, and lay down, and look up (night or day) to see how beautiful a planet i'm on, and let it surround me with her nature while soaking up her heart beat in the breeze, or the insects and birds, and find out how trivial human ways are, for they matter not, in the sceme of things for you can look back at yourself, for nature will show us that, in a heart beat, and everything will become clearer.

I tried the praying, believe me, I prayed hard. And I know God answers our prayers in his own way, but I'm having a hard time figuring out, why he answered it in this way!

It's going to come out eventually, I can't avoid that. I would just like to know that I could go to someone and tell them, with out having to worry about there reaction. I mean, I'm going through hell as it is! |

Take a walk, take a nap, listen to music, read a good book and talk to God

When you just got bad news about yourself that will change your life forever and you have no one to talk to about it? That's one of the main problems. My best friend isn't here anymore cause she moved to Indiana, and I scared to death about how my family is going to react to all of this. |
