get that bird into a good raosting pan ,, seal it up with foil REALLY
well (( this is flash cooking the turkey but if you bard it with bacon and or put a good coating of butter over the breast before you seal it up )) seal it GOOD !! oven at 450 degrees , 15 TO 20 pound turkey 3 hours DONE ,, IN ABOUT THREE HOURS ,, yummy and faster then the usual method |
