Your probably not going to win...it is outlined in contract the requirements for the job, that on top of the fact that 7/11 has a dozen or so attorneys at any given time. Sign up there and see if you have a case against them, the most I see coming out of this is Jerry's Kids dumping their contract with 7/11 due to scrutiny...aside from that you probably won't get far.

I disagree with the lawsuit. I think, handicapped or not, we all have a responsibility to apply for positions we can reasonably expect to perform. You cited teamwork in your other thread about this as other employees performing the duties you are unable to perform. That is not teamwork to me. Teamwork is when we all work together toward a common goal, not my doing your work for you as well as my own.

If you had applied for a job you could reasonably perform without expecting the company to bend over backwards to accommodate you, I'd be behind ya all the way, but here I think all that is going to happen is in the end you might get an out-of-court settlement, 7-11 will have their name drug the mud and Jerry's Kids will most likely lose one of their major contributors.
