WOW laws must be different out in the states then. Here it does not
matter as long as you can get them to court.

Not sure where you are located BUT we have legal aid here in Canada
where you can get 30 minutes FREE discussing with a lawyer ... that is
my advice ... seek legal advice ...

red anyone can get a restraining order onanyone in Iowa if it meets
legal standards. Constant recorded harassment, stalking, etc. Mail me
with more info, might have some ideas.

No there are other reasons for restraining orders.
Just helped a friend get one on her neighbors kids.
Made parents responsible for kids actions LEGALLY
