Why do men make everything so difficult?? There is no magic formula to meeting women, or talking to them. Just say hello. Maybe ask her how she's doing. Just make small talk about the weather or the scenery or something. And then say, hey, would you like to get together and have coffee sometime? If she says yes, great. If she says no, better luck next time.
