All my life I had gotten really creeped out every time I would see a picture of a guillotine. I had no reason for this fear of a guillotine. Its not like I ever had an occasion to actually see one in person. One night I had a vivid dream of a past life where I had my head removed in a guillotine. It was a very detailed dream and very realistic. I was asked if I had any last words before my death. I said, "No, lets just get this over with." There was a crowd of people watching, including children. I thought that was horrible to bring your children to a public beheading. A metal plank in front of the guillotine was for the head to roll down where it was caught by some sort of wall which also seemed to be metal. The blade came down fast and I even felt a very sharp pain on the back of my neck, then the pain was gone. My head rolled down the plank and I could still see out of my eyes for a few minutes. I wondered why I was still awake and conscious with my head severed from my body and little worried about why I (my soul) was still attached to my head. Then I rose up from the head and was separated from it. I was relieved that I was not going to remain attached to the head. I decided that must be one of my incarnate lives. In this life I have always had a problem with my neck and it is what is called a "military neck" because it is perfectly strait instead of curved. Probably from some injury when I was a child, but perhaps a left over neck problem from a past life. LOL JB You're gonna laugh, but I wouldn't be suprised if it was from a past life. Why would I laugh? The interesting part of the story is that after I had that dream, I was no longer having this unreasonable fear of guillotines. It is really strange to have a fear of guillotines when you never actually have seen one. And like I said, I never had an occasion to run across a real one. But if I saw a picture of one or saw one in a movie, I got really creeped out. If I had ever seen one in person I would have freaked.

Good thing you're not in London
Why? Tower of London, isn't there a guillotine outside? I think that is were I was in the dream. In Europe somewhere. Not sure what century it was. 1400 or 1200, not sure. When did they switch from headsmen with axes and the modern guillotine? Ashamed to say I don't know either!

I wondered about that too. Many people have memories of those famous people and think they were incarnates from them. There is a reason for that. I would not let that small detail dissuade me from the belief in reincarnation. Reincarnation makes too much sense to me. Memories of Cleopatra are vaguely seen in my own subconscious. I felt very familiar feelings seeing the golden Egyptian busts with those odd shaped hats and I fantasized about being Cleopatra but I did not delude myself into thinking there was any truth to that. I think those kinds of memories are picked up from the connections we have with each other and the universal subconscious. |

as far as i can remember they were talking of these people all living at the same time and saying they were Cleopatra under hypnosis with details and as i said other famous historic people also. now i know you believe their are many more like you as to who you totally are is spirit, but why would your higher-selves get together and say well several hundred of us are going to be re-birthed all at the same time as Cleopatra? or_____ don't get me wrong i believe in the spirit and life beyond this life just not being reborn for eternity, in fact if that's the case i will beg to be let out of the recurring cycle. talk about hell - gheeeesh!! |

It would be like going to a movie but it is more like a 3-D dream where you become one of the actors. Like a holographic program or virtual reality. When this type of information is experienced the subconscious mind cannot distinguish it from reality or real experience. In that respect it becomes a real experience for that individual. In this world, and under hypnosis, a person can be made to believe they have had an experience that they have not actually had. If in their subconscious they experienced the Cleopatra "movie" or holographic story, which is available in the collective mind, then that experience would be in their subconscious. It does not even have to be a true story. It could be one that was imagined. There are many people who have experienced very vividly the crucification of Jesus and were a participant in the story themselves, perhaps with members of their family also playing parts. I have a friend who played the part as the Mother of Jesus and her son played the part of Jesus in a extremely vivid dream or vision.
