I'm still trying to get the flippin' hang of this.

The point of infinite is not our bodies, or the flesh on our bones. For instance, there are infinite amount of numbers.

Our presence here on earth is finite, while our soul, many seem to think is our conscience, will live on (that is if you believe in a higher power, such as God).

As far as the vastness of space you were talking about earlier, like I was saying, numbers are infinite because we will never reach an ending point. The same with space. If we will never come to the ending point, it is safe to say that space is infinite.

Pantheist is suggesting that the vast space IS God. There is a huge difference between having infinite but separate components and having everything lumped together as one. That's just my opinion anyway, buy hey, I am VERY new here.

"tiamabreid" ... numbers don't exist ...they just like time are used as a system to count and/or measure reality

if time actually existed it would be an enitity or atleast everyone around the world would have the same time on their watches ..but of course in the USA we have Eastern Standard Time Pacific Time Mountain time ..etc. all use to measure the sun rotational effect on the earth ..

we have time of birth then we have time of death to measure the time of a human life and after time of death time stops which is why when it comes to a reality infinity, time and numbers doesn't exist but is used as a way to measure reality or a possible vastness of a reality ..

JennieBean said
I know I exist and I know I am infinite because existence is infinite.

Yes that is what I said. But that is not a guarantee of anything. That is just what I know.

"JennieBean" you are contradicting yourself ..your claiming to be infinite is in fact your own personal guarantee that you will exist ....forever

and it smacks of pantheism

you know you exist and you know you are infinite and that is just what you know ....that is pantheism in it's purest form

I don't know if it is or not funches. You probably know more about Pantheism than I do. If you say it is pantheism then I am not going to argue with you.

For me, it is only deductive logic. It is not a guarantee of anything. I am not contradicting myself in the slightest.

You simply do not understand what I mean when I use the term "infinity." You are still thinking in terms of a span of "time." Infinity is not a span of time or space. Infinity is void of time and space. Infinity is the existence of the infinite observer, nothing more.

I don't think there is much more I can say that will help you understand. Why don't you just try contemplating it for a while. It is not easy to get your mind wrapped around the concept of infinity because it exists outside of the mind.

if infinity is void of space and time it would be a place where only unawareness can exist..because once it is observed the factor of time and space is then introduced by the observer and infinity then becomes reality

Now you are getting closer to the truth funches.
The "place" is Here Now.

Infinity does create (manifest) time and space.

The infinite observer manifests time and space.

But the awareness of infinity (the observer) is an awareness not of time and space but of the true reality.... ITSELF.

The true reality is SELF. SELF is the observer. The observer is infinite.

The observer knows it exists.

That is all I know.

I know that I exist.

I create time and space.

I create my reality.

"JennieBean" there is no true reality ...it you observe reality or create your own reality neither can be truth ...which means that nothing that is observed in space and time is truth
it is only illusion

absolute truth is the existence of yourself to yourself ..you have to use that as the template for truth not what you observe in space and time

space and time is a reality addiction to keep you from truth and from the truth about yourself

Now you contradict yourself. First you say that there is no true reality, then you say that absolute truth is the existence of yourself to yourself. That is a contradiction.

The true reality is yourself.

Then you say that you have to use that as a template for truth not what you observe in space and time. I agree.

Self is the ultimate truth and the ultimate reality. Self is the observer. It observes itself and it manifests itself.

Also, self decides what is real. You decide what is real and you can declare anything you manifest as real if you want. It is your will to do so.

You do it all the time funch.

You are always declaring what is real and what is delusion.

This is your declaration and your point of view. You decided. I can't argue with what you declare is reality or delusion for yourself, because you decide for yourself what is real to you.

You are the decider. But you can only decide for yourself what is real. You cannot decide for others. Your absolute truth is yourself to yourself. What you manifest you observe just like when you go to sleep and manifest your dreams.

Now you contradict yourself. First you say that there is no true reality, then you say that absolute truth is the existence of yourself to yourself. That is a contradiction.

The true reality is yourself.

"JennieBean" absolute truth is that which can not be disputed ..your existence to yourself cannot be disputed because it is impossible to not know that you exist and it's impossible to doubt that you do exist ...

that is not the same when it comes to reality because reality is not truth it is a collection of laws and perception that creates an illusion called reality

so if you seek truth it is not in space and time you have to measure truth with the same standards you measure your existence ..it must be undisputable

I totally agree with everything you have said above funches.
By "true reality" I mean my own existence.

That is my true reality. The absolute truth that I exist is the true reality.

So I do not see where we disagree except a little confusion in terminology and semantics.

Not if you define reality as "That which is real" or "that which is true."

You apparently define "reality" as "a lie" (and only because you realize that this so-called reality is an illusion.)

It may be an illusion full of lies but some have decided that it shall be declared "reality" because it has become real to them.

It is their right to decide what is real and what is not real. It is their will to do so. Who are we to smash their illusion?

Not many people would agree that this reality is an "illusion." It only becomes an illusion when you discover the true reality of your own infinitely existent, SELF.

Don't confuse the term "reality" with the term "illusion."

Infinity is the Prime source of all things and all "realities."

just admit that you can't ..

I told you I am reality. There is nothing else "in my reality" except myself.

(Other than my other personalities.)

I also told you that I agree that this illusion you continue to refer to as your "reality" is just an illusion.

If it is just an illusion, then why do you keep calling it reality?

Answer that funches.

because your existence is absolute truth everything else is called reality ...since reality is not absolute truth therefore it's an illusion

You may call it reality, I don't call it that because I know it is illusion. I call it "the illusion of reality."

If you are saying that you call this illusion a reality just because everybody else does, then you are just a follower.

But you can call it whatever you like, you have the will and the right to do so.

But stop trying to confuse the issue with me. Its not working.
