They can vote when they are in jail. I saw it myself.
They just can't vote while in prison. |

You can't do it in Virginia either

Hint: If you folks have questions, call the local county jail. Ask. Or call superior/common pleas/felony court. The jury workers can assist you. They are REQUIRED to know the law.

Forty-eight states prohibit current inmates (convicted felons currently in prison) from voting, 36 keep parolees from the polls (convicted felons released from prison), 31 exclude probationers (convicted felons who instead of getting prison time, are put on probation instead), and only two — Vermont and Maine — allow inmates (convicted felons currently in prison) to vote.
Kentucky and Virginia are the only two states that permanently bar felons (whether currently in prison, released from prison, on parole, or on probation) from voting, although the governors of those states can restore voting rights to individuals. Hope that helped. |

MsCarmen, by inmate please clarify for the readers.... Jail or Prison. (Hint: You can't be on parole if you never went to prison)

No, he won because people didn't want McCain. if he won for that reason we really are doomed, then all the govt. has to do is push one candidate on the media and make them play there roles as one likable and one not then they get who they want. considering clear channel has money ties to our govt. |

You assumed I meant the topic. Not so... not so at all. |
