im getting some tomorrow for it,,, cottenseed oil is the best to use,, but its alot more expensive. it has a much higher smoking point,, and it puts a kick ass taste in the meat
|

i have had it with peanut oil ... and it's good !

Yeah, cotton seed oil costs bigtime out here! That is if you can find it!

its good,, but its like 60 a 3 gallon container. but if you take and mix 2 gallons of peanut oil with a gallon of canola oil,, its really good too,, and take and deep fry a few chickens,,, oh boy oh boy,,, its great

I cooked pork roast for sixty this morning but you all are making me hungry talking about deep frying turkeys. If I have a mingle party you are going to have to come and bring it.
