Well if it was me I would say don't take his calls any more. Tell him you have moved past the relationship.

Then go out have some fun do things you use to do before you were with him. Stay busy not that you have to go to the bar seen but go to places were there are things happening enjoy yourself

until you are actual comfortable with yourself again you will never be comfortable with another.

go on dates when invited just be up front with who you are going out with don't play em to think their is something their they can't get.

Have a 5 yr long history w/ him...first guy I have ever in my life been "in love w/"..cant say that Im not over him...on that track...just cant seem to get him out of my system. And he was not this way when we were together..we had a great relationship.

Dont get me wrong...I have moved on w/ my life...and its been a lil over a year since we were together..I am just finding it hard to understand why someone would want to deliberately hurt another person that way.
