Dude, once I was so depressed, I got to the point I felt like killing myself, but I was too d@mn depressed to bother!  funny..I'm gonna pass this one onto my councelor...    well I have a really cool one..it helps me to get thru each week...with my son being in Iraq and living with an alcoholic mom... ur crazy....

You control your own happiness!!! You can hold onto everything bad that hurts you inside or you can let it go and stick it in that one place you'll forget about it and never look back. It's like 'Happy Gilmore'; you havta go to your HAPPY PLACE! You control your day and the feelings you have throughout it!!! So, CHEER UP!

If you can chart when you feel most depressed over say the last five years I bet you will see a pattern. Sometimes that is the key to adjusting your life so it feels good. Well, I am recovery from alcohol and drug abuse, so I'm changing my whole life style, going to counseling, once I get off probation I'm going to transfer my job out of state, maybe VA or CA. |

I really wish ppl in the resent would stop calling me "Dude".... I am all woman..... And who ever heard of a man named Zanne....

Dude, once I was so depressed, I got to the point I felt like killing myself, but I was too d@mn depressed to bother! its not a laughing matter,you know i had that feeling before. but i dont let it interfer with me anymore or at least not that much. things from my past when i was teen tiggered it. but having to do dialysis 3 days a week it doesnt make it worse but its there.

Why the f@ck would you want to chart it??? Then you'd just be relishing in it! Crank some funny wild rockin @ss music and jump around a bit or get out and do something fun and wild! We sit in this naive trap sometimes thinking we can't help our situation and make our life what we want it, but we can! Smilem laugh, think of all the great memories you do have and forget the rest!
