So here's a question I posed to him: Is it considered theft when your car is called in by your nieghbor and towed by a towing company? IS your nieghbor considired an accomplice? Just an idea I thought could be tried in court if needed...... |

So here's a question I posed to him: Is it considered theft when your car is called in by your nieghbor and towed by a towing company? IS your nieghbor considired an accomplice? Just an idea I thought could be tried in court if needed...... Well, if the car is parked on the neighbor's property and they call a tow truck, it's legal. Not nice, but legal. If the car is parked somewhere illegally and the neighbor reports it, it's legal. Again, not nice, but legal, at least here in NY it is. |

They just called it in as a ,,,,,,,I don't know.....but it was towed and in Oregon it is at the disgression of the tenants to call a tow truck. But my point is this------> I had to pay a LARGE amount of money to get it out and it wasn't in violation of anything! They did it out of spite! Wouldn't that be considered a theft?????? |

Sorry I had to leave in a hurry yesterday......my daughter was at a party on Halloween night and got beat up pretty bad.....was in the emergency room for a good part of the day. AND-YES!!!! we are exacting revenge at it's finest!!!!!!
