In my job I see more and more dementia. Why would I want to be 98 years old and completely out of my mind???? People are eating healthier and living longer now.......but the mind is a tricky thing. I could only hope to die from a heart attack than live a long life with psychotic delusions!!

I dont think you understand cam!!! I work with dementia/alzheimers/violent pscyhotic individuals. All that wheat grass and spidey monkey venom didnt do them any favours!!!

Now...if you have a predisposition to heart failure, strokes, tias......then you should prepare and act accordingly. Diabetes runs in my family......I dont eat alot of sugar.
