once upon a time
or was it the very first time i said i would write on you tickling words alternately in ink, fingerpaint, pepper sauce, and frosting fun confectionary of my dictionary doodling a note of admiration voluptuous sentences curving skipping like a child over the lines of you writing in backwards and reverse look in the mirror it all is clear in time such verses fade but only on the surface deep down where each brushstroke really counts every syllable etched in a trail of tiny touches of the finest pointillism and, of course, they lived happily ever after |

Some feedback...
"alternately in ink, fingerpaint, pepper sauce, and frosting" -I think you should break this line into two lines so that the overall look of your poem is consistent. This line looks too long. It's a great poem though! |
