Just don't tell me you eat the tails on shrimps and the shells of crabs............. My ex did stuff like that!

I know...........ain't I beautiful now??? That's my daughter..... He would eat steak bones (really eat them) and gross stuff like that.........should have known he was a dog......

I eat pumpkin shells & seeds.....good fiber.... and I love to eat out..........of the pumpkin, that is....

My friend was surprised that I eat the seeds AND the shells. Does anybody else do that? I didn't know there was any other way to do it....

I carved a 29 lb. pumpkin yesterday. I baked the seeds last night. I was eating some of the seeds today. I gave some to a friend. My friend was surprised that I eat the seeds AND the shells. Does anybody else do that? you're going to poop pumpkins now....

depends on if they have bitter, hard seeds...then you have to shell/spit...

I eat pumpkin shells & seeds.....good fiber.... and I love to eat out..........of the pumpkin, that is.... Oh, boy. How much fiber are we talking about. I ate a lot of pumpkin seeds.
