I just had the most delicious Honey Glazed Pork Loin with Mango Salsa. It was the absolute most scrumptious combination of sweet and cumin along with some basic veggies for the glaze/sauce.
With it was served corn, apple sauce and the most yummiest Acorn Squash, served mashed with a little brown sugar and butter. Talk about a party in my mouth!....... Ok, even I know that didn't come out right. Kirk, I know you would love this recipe!! |

Seriously tho, put pork and Mango Salsa together? Talk about a match made in heaven, eh?
