You can have creepy guy that comes in JUST to hit on me. Not too mention all the other weirdos and freaks that come in there. Thats fine by me... would rather deal with that then the people here....grr Done deal. Telling you creepy guy sends shivers down your spine. And you know I can see you, you are right there! and STOP picking your nose for crying out loud.

Or just stop being SO damn nice and learn the word NO. Gees. I get one night a week that I can actually go out and have a good time with friends. That night is usually Saturday night. I have not made plans for awhile as I am usually spending it studying, but right now my term just ended and the new one does not start until Monday. So I decide to actually make plans. Had them all set up, bunch of use were going to go for dinner then to a show, then to a late night coffee house . But NO ! What happens ? My phone rings. It is my boss, he really needs somebody to open the store tomorrow, and he wonders if I can do it. What do I say? "Sure John I will do it for you". So now instead of a night out with friends, I will be in bed by 8pm ...better rethink your objective. I've seen so many peoples hours cut and people laid off in the last two weeks its ridiculous. Be greatful. I'm on day number 7 straight at work bucking for 14 straight days. I volunteered to drive into bad weather out west just to make a buck to get ahead. After what I've seen in the last 2 weeks I'm counting my blessings I have a job. I hear what you are saying, and I respect it too. But sometimes a girl just needs a break. All work and no play, makes this girl have a bad day.

I really advise anyone to think about moving away from the edge and cutting back on their debts and ramping up their job skills. It can be a unforgiving world if you loose your job weather it is your fault or wall street.

P.S. It does bite your plans fell through. Guess a cab home would be out of the question. Is it possible anyone else will bring you home between innings so to speak. Or maybe come over and have supper in with ya? Doesn't it bite we don't have better mass transit in this country? You would think if we spend zillions on going to the moon we could at least not have to work half of the time to pay for a car.

Over 200 people have been laid off where I work. They've cut the rest of us down to 4 days a week until at least the end of January. I'm used to 6 days including overtime, so I'm down A LOT at the end of the week. PINCH.
