I was there back in the 80's They had a time set resteraunt in town that was fun.

old salem in nc is deff fun,, they live like they did in the 1700's, all the cooking is done that way, baking too,, farm work is done by the old style,,, they are actors but they do it so real you wouldnt think they were this years people

One of the places in Alaska I fished out of had a population of 30. And the nearest town was about 50 miles away by air.
