in a recent interview on CNN Drew Griffen said to the VP candidate that not only the media has been harsh on her (Sarah Palin) but also conseratives.
Griffen refering to a article in the National Review by Byron York. Griffen said to Palin the article said I cant tell if Sarah Palin is incompitant, stupid, unqualified, corrupt, backward, or all of the above.


Now the thing is Griffen forgot the first part of the statement which is and I quote

"Watching press coverage of the Republican candidate for VP it's sometimes hard to decide whether Sarah Palin is incompitant, stupid, unqualified, corrupt, backward, or all of the above. Palin the GOV. of Alaska has has faced more criticism than any VP candidate since 1988...."

how can people make a sound decision when the media does things like that. When Gov Palin asked who wrote that he(Griffen) said he didnt know. what kind of journalist askes questions and uses a part of an article seeming to quote it and couldnt even tell her who wrote it?


Yes fox news is conservative and msnbc is liberal I used to think cnn was somewhere in the middle after watching that i lost all respect i had for cnn and will never watch that station again.

You have to remember that Fox and CNN and MSNBC exist to serve one purpose. Sell advertising. They sell the viewrship of a certain demographic to the advertisers. Because of that they formulate their programming to appeal to that demographic.

All these news channels are in the business of telling their demographic audience what they want to hear so they will keep watching (the commercials)

I just makes me made tothat a journalist would leave out the whole begining of the quote and when Palin asked him who wrote it he said he didnt know. where are the standards for journalists
