Topic: I need to make some serious changes

in my life.
need to quit smoking pot
quit cigarettes
quit drinking beer every night
start eating better
and start exercising.

if i don't, i don't think
i'm gonna make it much longer.

Commit to yourself

for the betterment of your life
for the betterment of your lifestyle
for the betterment of your life habits

Know that you have a support system on this site as well if you take a step back. I think you will have plenty of friends to help you through a moment of weakness.

Make drastic changes in your life so you can never look back. For me, I will be purchasing a home to refurbish. A major lifstyle change, but much needed and I will be busy with my projects and will have no time to fall back into the old habits. Talk about a personal kick in the pants! :banana: ..but it needed to be done.

That is problably best. Would be a huge blow to your body to just instantly stop.. You might end up having withdrawl from anyone at anytime then you're going to panic and go back and be too scared to stop.

Yeah, if you look at it all at once like that you'll get overloaded on the bigness of it. Take it one at a time one day at a time in whatever order of the list you like. I commend you on realizing you need to change or want to change, I hope that you accomplish what you set out to do.
