hi im new to the forums. im friends with eileen and the captain, anyway i was wondering, im due to upgrade my phone soon and cant decide. anyone have suggestions. thanks laura

I just upgraded mine to a palm centro....OMG, this thing is so great....it's taken me awhile to get used to it, let alone learn everything about it. I am not one to read owners manuals...I'd rather push buttons to see how things work.

ive heard of the palm. i was thinking about that one. i also wondered about about getting one with gps or just buy one seperate.

everyone has there own needs. I personally need a phone that makes and recieves calls....where I can actually hear the other person..
I also have at&t and live in a dead spot. The only phone I have ever been able to get to work here is the razr. not the krazr or anything else. which is a shame cause I could change phones regularly. And have tried everything...for me this is the only thing that works... I dont text much or anything else...I am happy if I get reception! |

it all depend on how you use it and what your needs are? I personally have at&t and i did the upgrade thing once and was very disapointed because i did the one where i didnt pay anything. basically you get what you pay for so next time I will spend a few bucks

I personally have at&t and i did the upgrade thing once and was very disapointed because i did the one where i didnt pay anything. basically you get what you pay for so next time I will spend a few bucks i hear ya. i did an upgrade online which actually worked well but now the battery is dying faster no matter how long i charge it. |

It just depends on your needs. I just wanted the full keyboard for texting....but I got so much more with the palm. I actually got my phone for free at walmart with verizon....if you have a contract with At&t you might check out the phones at walmart...you can get a pretty good deal with them. They handle all the things for your carrier, the only difference with getting it at walmart is.....wally world does not get the commision for them. |
