It is really hard to find someone in my area.All the cute guys with
actual goals are somewhere else.But if anyone can prove me wrong now is
the time.

Even the valley would be good isn't that a little close? I'm from
houston but I moved here 2 yrs ago and have found nothing.Just a bunch
of guys who are cheating on their wives and guys with no jobs or
goals.Sad.

Spirit, Yep,I think you are out of the zone. Maybe you need to hit
Corpus for some weekends. Or pop up here to Houston. We have nightlife
here. Mathis has a club called Cielito Linda I want to try out. Have you
been there? I think it was there before they invented cars, maybe 200
or more years. Supposed to be a famous dance place. Might be really a
dive though. Who knows. And don't rule out Dr Rocket's Blues Bar in
Corpus, everyone dances there. That place hops. Its on Chaparelle street
downtown.
Kimmy you are not only out of the zone, you are so far out I don't even
know what to suggest for you. Without any other suggestions follow the
same advice I gave Spirit. Grins.

I'm not a club person though.I'm more of a homebody and if I do go out
it's to play pool for a little while or to watch a good movie.I'm boring
I know.lol.

Staying home is not going to help you meet people. You have to get out
some more. If bars don't work for you then you have to find something
else. How about hanging out at the local library, or go to a small town
airport and learn to fly. Tell them you want to be a crop duster. Find a
restaurant you like and figure out creative ways to get them to give you
free meals for sport. One more idea, become a real estate agent. Sell
property in the area to all the out of town people. That way you get to
meet all the people who want to live there before anyone else does. You
can find the ones you like with goals. Finding cute ones is going to be
tougher. None of them are going to look as nice as you so you will just
have to settle. OK I did a comparison, Beeville and Cookeville to see
which is more remote. I hate to say it, but you are both in a tough
situation, but I think Beeville is worse. It might just be because I
have been there and seen how isolated it is, while I never actually went
to Cookeville. Just fromthe map though Beeville looks worse.
