I just scratched my head because I was pretty sure it had a 2009 release date.. But its not the same guy soo I mean c'mon

What the hell? They're replacing Terrance Howard with Don Cheadle. Hell no! Supposedly, Terrance Howard asked for more money than Marvel was willing to cough up. The funny thing about this recasting though is that Don Cheadle was Marvel's 1st choice to play Rhodes/War Machine, but he was already working on another film. In the end, Marvel ends up getting who they originally wanted.

The funny thing about this recasting though is that Don Cheadle was Marvel's 1st choice to play Rhodes/War Machine, but he was already working on another film. In the end, Marvel ends up getting who they originally wanted. According to Terrance Howard, he already had a contract to do Iron Man 2 and they weren't in negotiations (the contract already exists). I'm boycotting the movie until I find out what the heck is going on. I think it's crappy for them to change out actors, but to lie about the money situation is just crazy.
