I like the fact that I can still kick the sh*t out of my 12 yo's a$$ at a game of chess...

and that I invested wisely (so far) in the stock market and haven't lost my whole a$$ so far financially.

still selling it, and going through market crash, and selling for $800,000 for the crypt has lakefront,rofl frustrated

yep, that's for sure, and you're welcome to it, and i'd give you a better deal than that on it. i'm buying throw away houses from now on. cheap forclosed places, and warehouses only now. getting all the money out of the banks too. the economy is gonna hit the fan like a ton a bricks soon!!!!

...no, but if gears go out those brass press in bearings in the case can lock giving you the slide ride. Don't want that.
